Richland County (WLTX) — Deputies in Richland County need the community’s assistance in locating a man wanted for bank fraud and identity theft.
Sheriff Leon Lott says 25-year-old Kendall Maurice Harmon is wanted on two counts of bank fraud and one count of identity theft. Lott says Maurice has victimized several people.
