STOCKTON – A 39-year-old Stockton man pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to fraud, identity theft and possession of stolen mail in a two-year fraud scheme.
According to a news release from the office of U.S. Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner, 39-year-old Russell Anthony Hardcastle carried out his fraud from January 2007 to June 2009.
