A Baraboo man faces identity theft charges and risks up to six years in prison after police say he used someone else’s social security number to work illegally in the United States.
Last week the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office filed criminal charges and issued a summons against Luis A. Martinez, 28, on charges of identity theft for financial gain.
